Ordering online, at the table and at a kiosk
The three channels where a guest builds their own order.
Needs Digital menu
Beyond the menu, there are three ways for a guest to order without going through a server. They're turned on separately under Digital menu → Ordering.
| Channel | How it works |
|---|---|
| Order-at-table (QR) | They scan their table's QR and order straight to the kitchen. |
| Pickup orders (online) | They order from your page and come to collect. |
| Counter kiosk | A fixed tablet where they build their order and pay at the till. |
Order-at-table
With this channel on, the per-table QRs allow ordering. The ticket joins that table's check and reaches the kitchen like any other.
Pickup orders
Share your ordering page. If you have online payments active, it's paid by card at order time; if not, it's paid at pickup.
Kiosk
A fixed tablet at the counter. The guest builds their order and pays at the till.
Where they show up
They all land on the terminal's floor, under "Pickup and counter", marked by where they came from: Online, QR or Kiosk. Your team sees them alongside every other check.
