Inviting your team
Grant access to Nantli with a role, and remove it when someone leaves.
This is where you grant access to Nantli. It's different from adding someone in Team — that's their record — and from giving them a PIN — that's the terminal.
Inviting someone
Select Invite someone.
Enter their email and pick the role they'll have.
Select Invite. They get an email with their link.
Opening the link, anyone without a Nantli account picks their name and a password right there and comes in with the role you gave them. Anyone who already has an account just signs in and lands in your house.
The link expires in 7 days. If it lapses, invite again.
Until they accept, they show as Invite pending. You can remove it if you got the address wrong.
If email isn't set up
When your property doesn't have email sending ready yet, Nantli shows you the invitation link on screen. Copy it and send it yourself.
Removing someone
Remove takes away their Nantli access. It doesn't delete their record in Team or their sales history — those stay where they were.
