Booking online
The public form where your guests ask for a table.
Needs Reservations
Your guests can ask for a table from a public page, without calling. Requests land in the day's book and you confirm them.
What the guest sees
A short form: name, phone, party size, day and time, and a space for notes. If you have a fee or deposit set up, it's charged before confirming.
The page is in your property's language, not the reader's — whoever reads it is a guest, not someone on your team.
What happens on your side
The booking enters the book as Requested. The top of the screen shows how many are still to confirm.
Confirm it, assign a table if you like, and the guest is notified.
Sharing the link
Put it where people already look for you: your social profiles, your maps listing, and the bookings section of your website if you have one.
