Plan and products
Turn on, try and subscribe to each tool separately.
Nantli is bought by the product, not by the bundle. You turn on what your property uses and pay for that only.
Every product starts with free days, no card.
A product's states
| State | What it means |
|---|---|
| Not active | You haven't turned it on. |
| Trial | In its free days. Shows the end date. |
| Active | Subscribed and up to date. |
| Comped | Active with no charge, by arrangement with us. |
| Payment due | A charge didn't go through. |
| Canceled | It was cancelled. |
Starting a trial
Select Start trial on the product. It turns on immediately, with no card asked for.
If you'd rather skip the trial, Subscribe without a trial is under More actions.
Modules
Some products are modules of another: Kitchen (KDS) and Delivery live inside point of sale and need the POS active to turn on. If the POS is off, Nantli says so rather than letting you buy something that won't work.
Common orders
If you're starting out, Common orders offers ready-made combinations for your kind of place — Counter, Quick service, Full service. Turn one on and adjust it product by product.
Your monthly total
At the bottom, what you pay per month adds up, with products still in trial marked separately because they don't generate a charge yet.
Who manages billing
Billing belongs to the organization, not the property: only the organization admin can subscribe, change or cancel. If that isn't you, Nantli says so.
Manage billing opens the portal where card and tax details are changed.
