Roles and access
Create roles and decide which pages each one can open.
A role defines which pages its people can open. Whoever runs the property sees everything; everyone else sees what their role allows.
This is different from POS roles. Here you control access to Nantli; there, what can be done at the terminal.
Creating a role
Select New role, name it — "Front desk", "Kitchen" — and Create role. Then edit it to pick its pages.
Choosing pages
Under Edit, tick the pages that role can open. The list shows everything that can be assigned.
Admin pages — plan, payments, roles — don't appear: they stay with whoever runs the property, and that isn't delegated by role.
The admin role
A role marked as admin sees everything, and its access isn't editable. At least one must always exist: Nantli won't let you delete the last one.
Deleting a role
Only possible if nobody holds it. If people still have that role, Nantli tells you how many and asks you to change theirs in Team first. Same with pending invitations: cancel them first.
