Schedule rules
Each person's usual shift and fixed day off — the basis of the weekly draft.
Needs Team
Rules hold the routine: what time each person normally starts, and which day they take off. With those, Create starting draft builds the week almost on its own.

What's defined per person
- Usual shift — start and end on an ordinary day.
- Fixed day off — the day they rest each week. It can also be Flexible, when there isn't a fixed one.
- Night — for shifts that cross midnight.
- Notes — what the routine should take into account when building the draft.
How they're used
Rules don't schedule anything by themselves. They're the material Create starting draft builds the week from; after that, you edit whatever changed.
Someone with a flexible day off enters the draft without one assigned — you place it as you build the week.
